The provider of state aid is obligated to publish the entire text of the approved aid scheme through its webpages, as well as its implementing regulations, the name of the aid beneficiary, the name of the Applicant and the project that received the financial incentive, the amount and intensity of state aid expressed as a percentage of the total production cost of the project that is the recipient of the state aid.
