Synopsis

The year is 1929, and Hotel Portofino is not full of guests, the season has ended and the hotel is almost empty. Bella prepares for the arrival of her father and sister, and a visit from her close friend Claudine Pascal, who will rent a hotel to throw a big party on the occasion of launching her new perfume. Over several weeks, Bella must decide her future and balance tensions with her estranged sister Amelia, her forbidden romance with local Italian Marco, the shocking return of her son Luciano and starting a new business with Claudine. Life gets even more complicated for Bella and her family when they hear about the stock market crash on Wall Street. During a new adventure in this drama on the sun-drenched Italian Riviera of the 1920s, dark secrets are revealed, old loves are reawakened and revenge plans are hatched.
